Club Policy
I hereby seek membership of Parkville United A.F.C. I understand that the Parkville United A.F.C. or its committee shall not be responsible, either financially or otherwise for any loss or damage to my property or for any injury sustained by me whilst playing for the club.

I acknowledge that details of Personal Injury Cover and How to Make a claim shall be sent by email to each registered member.

I accept to become an active member of this club, and help where I can within the club.

For Adult Junior and Youths Members: This form must be accompanied by the Annual Membership Fee of €80.00, which includes cost of Personal Accident Insurance and league registration fees. N.B. A fee of €5 to cover club running costs and ongoing infrastructure and coaching development will be payable at each match.

For Juvenille: This form must be accompanied by the Annual Membership Fee of €130.00, which includes cost of Personal Accident Insurance and league registration fees. N.B. There is no additional fee payable on matchday.

For Academy Members: This form must be accompanied by the Annual Membership Fee of €80.00, which includes cost of Personal Accident Insurance and league registration fees.

Each member must be registered on FAI Connect. If a member is not already registered on FAI Connect, they are not registered to play with the club until they have been fully registered on FAI Connect.
